Created the 2025-2026 Bell Schedule, aligning instructional time with the local collective bargaining agreement.

Created the 2025-2026 Meeting Calendar, allowing staff to plan months in advance for staff meetings, department meetings, and PLCs. 

Led daily class coverage assignments, resulting in fully staffed classrooms and continued instruction.

Support daily building-wide operations (class coverage, intake, supervision, admin detention, lunch duty)

Developed staff training videos, resulting in consent operational and instructional efficiency.

Designed and facilitated PLCs, resulting in aligned classroom practice.

Planned and executed the school's annual Powderpuff, a large-scale community event with 500+ atttendees.

Planned and execute the school first buliding-wide Field Day, coordinating the locations, events, and responsibilites for 800+ students and 45+ staff members. 

Took on the role of Student Council Advisor, improving school culture through events such as pep rallies, dances, spirit weeks, and fundraisers.

Mentors new teachers, assisting with classroom management management strategies, delivering content instruction, and use of educational technology.

Created Marking Period grade trackers using Google Sheets, allowing students to track their performance visually.

Designed a dual-credit “Tomorrow’s Teachers” course, building interest in teaching careers.

Supported discipline system reform by participating in revision of Student Code of Conduct, resulting in a reduction of Tier I and Tier II behavioral infractions.
